How do I choose my bracelet size?
如何选择适合自己的手链尺寸？
Measure your wrist snugly using a measuring tape, then add 0.5–1 cm for comfort. Select your wrist size when placing an order.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.
请用软尺贴合手腕测量，再加上 0.5 至 1 公分作为佩戴空间，选择相应的尺寸下单。

What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?
如果收到的手链尺寸不合适怎么办？
Please measure your wrist carefully before placing an order. We offer one-time complimentary resizing within 7 days of receiving your order. As each piece is crafted intentionally, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost.

Resize to a smaller size

We will carefully remove the extra beads or accents and return them to you — so you still keep every part of your original energy piece, as shown in the product specs.
我们将细致移除多余的水晶或配件，并随手链一同退还给您，让您保留原作品的每一个能量组成，如产品详情所列。
Resize to a larger size
调整为较大尺寸
We will add up to 1 additional beads or accents, depending on the design and required increase.
If more than 1 additions are needed, a small fee will apply, which we’ll advise before proceeding.
我们可根据设计及所需长度，免费添加最多 1 颗水晶或配件。
若需增加超过 1 颗，将另行收取费用，我们会在调整前提前告知。
Hence, we kindly encourage all our dearest customers to measure carefully before placing an order, as each piece is crafted with intention and balance.

Yes. We offer limited slots for bespoke energy creations — each designed with your intentions, elemental alignment, and energy flow in mind.

Please note that custom pieces may require a longer turnaround depending on the availability of your requested crystals, as we take time to source only the most aligned and high-quality materials.

How long does it take to process my order?

As each bracelet is made to order, please allow 1–2 working days for crafting before shipment.
Custom designs or special requests may take slightly longer.
由于每条手链皆为下单后手工制作，通常需 1–2 个工作日 完成。
若为定制设计或特别请求，可能会略微延长制作时间。
