Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Remove your bracelet before showering or exercising. Store it in the provided pouch when not in use.
Gently wipe your bracelet with the polishing cloth provided to maintain its shine and preserve the natural energy of the crystals.
请避免长时间接触水、香水或强烈化学物质。洗澡或运动前请摘下手链，闲置时请放入附赠收纳袋中。
搭配订单附赠的 擦拭布，可温柔擦拭水晶表面，帮助维持光泽与能量纯净。

How do I cleanse the energy of my bracelet?
该如何净化手链的能量？
Energy cleansing helps reset your bracelet and remove any absorbed energies. You may gently cleanse your piece using:
– Ethically sourced sage or sacred wood smoke
– Placing it on a piece of selenite or clear quartz
– Gentle sunlight (early morning only)
Do not soak your bracelet in water or salt. Always handle with care and intention.
为维持水晶手链的能量纯净与流动，您可使用以下方式进行净化：
– 以圣木或白鼠尾草烟雾轻熏
– 放置于雪花石膏（Selenite）或白水晶上方
– 使用早晨的柔和阳光照射数分钟

Do crystals change over time?

Yes — natural crystals may shift subtly in appearance or vibration through time and use. This is part of their living energy.

What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?
如果收到的手链尺寸不合适怎么办？
Please measure your wrist carefully before placing an order. We offer one-time complimentary resizing within 7 days of receiving your order. As each piece is crafted intentionally, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost.

Resize to a smaller size

We will carefully remove the extra beads or accents and return them to you — so you still keep every part of your original energy piece, as shown in the product specs.
我们将细致移除多余的水晶或配件，并随手链一同退还给您，让您保留原作品的每一个能量组成，如产品详情所列。
Resize to a larger size
调整为较大尺寸
We will add up to 1 additional beads or accents, depending on the design and required increase.
If more than 1 additions are needed, a small fee will apply, which we’ll advise before proceeding.
我们可根据设计及所需长度，免费添加最多 1 颗水晶或配件。
若需增加超过 1 颗，将另行收取费用，我们会在调整前提前告知。
Hence, we kindly encourage all our dearest customers to measure carefully before placing an order, as each piece is crafted with intention and balance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
你们接受退换货吗？
All pieces are crafted to order with intention. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
每一条手链皆为下单后专属制作，因此除非出现质量问题或发错商品，我们不接受退换货。如收到有误或损坏，请在收到商品后 3 天内与我们联系。
