Where do you ship from?

All orders are proudly prepared and shipped from Singapore. As such, shipping within Singapore is free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:
– Singapore: 1–3 working days
– International: 5–14 working days
We work with reliable logistics partners and will provide tracking once your order is shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1–2 working days for us to craft your bracelet before dispatch.
For custom or high-volume orders, it may take longer depending on complexity and crystal sourcing.
由于每条手链皆为手工制作，请预留 1–2 个工作日 进行制作。
如为定制款或大量订单，制作时间可能因复杂度或晶石采购而略有延长。
Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped.
